This Privacy Policy explains how FiKHSONS™ ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit the Lisra.Ai website or use the Lisra.Ai service (the "Service"). We keep this page plain on purpose, so you can understand what happens with your information without needing a legal dictionary.
We use information to provide the Service, set up demos, respond to messages, process billing, secure the platform, improve Lisra.Ai, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We use a small set of service providers to run the Service, and each one receives only what its part of the job needs: Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for the database, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Groq for Ai model processing, ElevenLabs, Vapi and Telnyx for voice calls, phone numbers and speech, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments, and any messaging platform a business chooses to connect, such as Telegram or Meta. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or a security problem.
Lisra.Ai uses Ai to help answer, organize, write, route and automate business work. Customer data may be processed by Ai and communication providers only as needed to deliver the Service. We aim to keep customer context practical, secure and limited to the work Lisra.Ai is asked to perform.
When a voice feature is used, the call audio is processed by our voice providers so the agent can hear the caller and speak back, and a written transcript is kept with the conversation so the business can see what was said. Audio and transcripts are kept only while they are useful for running the business, handling support and settling disputes, and they can be deleted on request. Recording rules differ by state and by country, and some places require every party on a call to be told. A business that uses Lisra.Ai to make or take calls is responsible for telling callers that an Ai assistant is handling the call and that it may be recorded where the law requires that notice. If you do not want a call recorded, please tell the business, or continue by email or chat instead.
Subscriptions and invoice payments run through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment forms and are never seen or stored by us. We keep the billing record itself, such as the plan, the amount, the date and the last four digits Stripe reports back. When a business uses Lisra.Ai to invoice its own clients, the money moves from that client to that business on that business's own Stripe account, and never through us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No internet service can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, but we take protection seriously and work to reduce risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar laws. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and the right to object to certain processing.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, keeping business records, resolving disputes, meeting legal requirements and improving security.

We may update this Policy as Lisra.Ai grows or as legal requirements change. When we update it, we will change the date above.
